How to get to the villa Flora
Jasmine apartments: central door, up the stairs.
Orchid apartments: enter the small gates on the left, white door.
Iris apartments: enter the small gates on the left, walk downstairs, enter the terrace through the right gate, white glass doors.

General information
Check-in starts at 14.00, check-out before 10.00. There are plenty of parking spaces next to the villa, but we ask you to contact us if you are coming with more than one car. At the check-in, you have to show the passport, pay the rent and the tourist tax to the administrator. During the first day, the administrator will provide you with the total bill.

Details
Heating, air conditioning:
The remotes to the air conditioners are in the rooms that are equipped with the air conditioners.
Important! To prevent the power outage, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning while you are out of the villa.
Hot water, boiler:
Hot water is heated using boilers located in the bathrooms. You can turn on the boilers using the switch next to the bathroom light switches.
Electrical devices:
You are free to use any devices in the apartments. The barbecue equipment is found on the terrace of each apartments. If you require skewers – please ask administrator.
All the detergents can be found in the bathrooms. You can order cleaning by calling administrator. The cost of the cleaning is not included in the rent, it is 50 EURO and is paid for separately.
Shops
The closest grocery store is KONZUM, which is located at the intersection of Liburnijskej and Poljanskej streets, you can see it on the way towards the Icici beach.
Another KONZUM is in Ika, you have to go down on Put za Brdo, turn right and then you will see it opposite to the hotel Ika.
To buy long shelf life food, you can drive to the supermarket PLODINE, D66, 51415, Lovran, or Spar, which is situated on the other side of Opatija, the address is Opatija, Nova cesta 57.
Market
The closest small market is in Lovran.
There is also a big market in Opatija, Tržnica Opatija on Marsala Tita street 74. There is a variety of fish for different preferences, seafood, fresh vegetables and fruits, home-made mozzarella and cottage cheese, and taste some local flavours.
Public transport
Bus
It is possible to walk to Opatija via Lungomare (about 3 km) or you can take a bus №32, which runs between Rijeka and Lovran. Tickets can be purchased in the bus or at Tisak.
The bus station is located at Vladimira Gortana street in Opatija, you can see the schedule for the bus trips there.
Parking in town
You can park your car in the places marked with parking signs. White signs show that the parking is free, blue – parking is chargeable. To pay for the parking, you have to send a text message with your plate number to the number shown on the parking sign.
Beaches
The closest small beach is in Ika. To get there, you can walk down the Put za Brdo street for around 500 metres.
To get to the comfortable beach in Icici, you can either:
- walk through the stairs, which begins from Poljanska cesta;
- go to Ika along Put za Brdo street and then walk along Lungomare near the sea
- go through camping.

Mountain routes
The villa Flora like the whole Opatija, is located at the foot of the mountain Ucka, which can cause some difficulties with parking on especially steep roads. However, exactly this location creates unique climate in Kvarner bay.
You can take walks in the natural park Ucka, walking up to Poklon path (922 meters above the sea level). The route to Poklon goes past villa Flora. You can also go up to Ucka top Vojak (1400m). There opens up a breathtaking view on the Kvarner bay. You can also check out other routes.
